The Família de Minas has combined the traditional and famous cheese bread recipe from Minas Gerais, with the highest quality sheep cheese in Brazil. Our suppliers work within the national hygiene standards to guarantee top quality cheese that is naturally lactose free due to its unique aging process.

Available in the following sizes: small – 20g, large – 65 g, in 500g and 1.5kg packages.

The Família de Minas has partnered with NOVAH queijoveg, a vegan cheese made from cashew nuts, and adapted their recipe to create the delicious vegan cheese bread, certified by the Brazilian Vegetarian Society.

 

Available in small – 20g, in 500g and 1.5kg packages.

Ingredients

Water, Cassava flour, modified cassava starch, sun flour oil, cashew nut cheese, dehydrated potato flakes, salt, and turmeric.

The Família de Minas has mixed provolone cheese and parmesan with the traditional cheese from Minas, to create a delicious three-cheese biscuit. Always within our appraised quality and now with a new flavour.

WITHOUT GREASING THE PAN

Place the frozen cheese breads on a pan 3cm apart

BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES

Remove from the oven or when they are slightly golden

*Vegan cheese bread should be baked between 35-40 minutes
